Kuehne+Nagel launches a new air logistics gateway in Bengaluru to enhance global connectivity and customer efficiency.
Kuehne+Nagel has inaugurated a new air logistics gateway in Bengaluru, further strengthening its global air freight network and reinforcing support for India’s fast-growing industries such as high-tech, healthcare, and automotive.
The facility will manage cargo consolidation, customs clearance, and temperature-controlled handling, ensuring improved reliability and operational efficiency. Integrated with Kuehne+Nagel’s digital platforms, including its myKN customer tool, the gateway enables real-time visibility and seamless booking for clients worldwide.
Strategically located, Bengaluru offers direct connectivity to Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Dubai, Chicago, and other major trade hubs, while serving as a regional hub for cross-border logistics. The new site allows Kuehne+Nagel to optimise load efficiency, reduce costs, and increase routing flexibility across its commercial and charter operations.
According to Yngve Ruud, Executive Vice President, Air Logistics, the expansion “gives customers greater connectivity, efficiency, and resilience” as part of the company’s global air logistics strategy.
The Bengaluru gateway complements recently opened facilities in Milan, Madrid, and Toronto, marking another milestone in Kuehne+Nagel’s plan to expand its global air logistics footprint.
