Thought leaders from 10 countries gather to shape maritime logistics future.
Kale Logistics Solutions successfully hosted its inaugural maritime thought leadership summit, VANTAGE POINT, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from November 26-27, 2024. This invite-only event welcomed maritime leaders from 10 countries, including Malaysia, India, and the UAE, alongside organisations like IAPH and IPCSA.
Over two days, the summit addressed critical topics such as global disruptions, Maritime 4.0, and supply chain resilience. A notable session was led by Hassiba Benamara from UNCTAD, discussing the UNCTAD Review of Maritime Transport 2024. The event highlighted innovations like blockchain, IoT, and AI, emphasising digitisation’s role in transforming efficiency and sustainability.
Vineet Malhotra, Co-founder of Kale Logistics, stated, “The insights shared here will shape maritime logistics’ future through collaboration and innovation.” Experts also explored green energy transitions, such as LNG-powered vessels, and Malaysia’s single window initiative.
With VANTAGE POINT, Kale expands its leadership into maritime logistics, mirroring its success in air cargo summits.
