On Wednesday, the Jalan-Kalrock Consortium (JKC) revealed the selection of Jatinderpal Singh Dhillon as the Accountable Manager for Jet Airways, effective from July 2023.
With an impressive career spanning over five decades in national and international aviation markets, Dhillon has held significant leadership positions in both private and governmental sectors. His extensive experience includes roles as Director at GATI (Government Aviation Training Institute) in 2020, Executive Vice President of Operations at SpiceJet, Senior Vice President in 2005, Operations at Royal Airways in 2001, and Chief Pilot Line Operations at Jet Airways in 1999. He was also associated with Oman Air as Senior Manager Line Operations in 2009 and played a crucial role in starting Himalaya Airlines in Nepal in 2015.
Dhillon expressed his honor in taking on the responsibility as the Accountable Manager for the JKC-backed Jet Airways 2.0. He believes the revival of Jet Airways will be a historic milestone for the Indian aviation industry, and he looks forward to the enduring support of the JKC team and the industry as a whole.
