PIL, a prominent Singapore-based shipping company with a robust global presence, aims to enhance its digital capabilities across the shipping and logistics spectrum.
The collaboration will revamp PIL’s existing customer portal and deploy a modern, scalable technology platform aligned with PIL’s ‘Driving Connectivity’ mission to link their businesses across diverse markets.
Infosys, leveraging its extensive logistics expertise, will serve as the technical backbone for the enhanced portal, addressing challenges such as modernising web and mobile applications, improving scalability, and providing advisory services on emerging technology and business trends. The multi-year collaboration seeks to simplify user experiences and elevate customer engagement through a comprehensive overhaul of PIL’s web and mobile applications.
