Inter Passenger Terminal Show rebrands as Airport360 Expo, set to transform India’s airport future.

India’s aviation sector is gearing up for its most comprehensive innovation showcase yet, as the Inter Passenger Terminal Show (IPTS) returns with a new identity, Airport360 Expo, on April 15–16, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai.
The rebranded event reflects an expanded vision that goes far beyond terminal design, covering every facet of airport operations, from MRO and ground handling to sustainability, passenger experience, and airside logistics. Organised by Media Fusion, Airport360 Expo aims to be the central meeting point for aviation authorities, airlines, technology providers, OEMs, and regulatory leaders.
The transformation builds on the success of IPTS 2025, which attracted over 2,200 attendees, 62 exhibitors from 10 countries, and more than 50 industry leaders from organisations such as Digi Yatra, Dubai Airports, Navi Mumbai International Airport, Malaysia Airport, and Vietnam Airport.
With India on track to become the world’s third-largest air travel market, clocking 160 million domestic passengers in FY24, the need for integrated, future-ready airport solutions has never been greater. The government’s ₹98,000 crore investment plan by 2027, including 21 greenfield airports and modernisation of over 100 terminals, underlines the urgency.
Airport360 Expo will spotlight innovations such as biometric-based smart terminals, AI-driven passenger flow, predictive maintenance, and ground handling automation, alongside strategies for sustainability, zero emissions, and retail transformation.
“Airports are no longer standalone structures; they are living ecosystems,” said Taher Patrawala, MD of Media Fusion. “Airport360 will be where stakeholders co-create solutions that are both future-proof and tailored to India’s rapid growth.”
With over 50 new airports under development and flight movements projected to exceed 2 million annually by 2035, Airport360 Expo is set to shape the blueprint for intelligent, inclusive, and operationally resilient airports in India’s high-growth aviation era.
