Cargo Flash Infotech has partnered with EgyptAir Cargo, the freight arm of Egypt’s national carrier, to implement its advanced ‘nGen’ Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS). The collaboration marks a major step in EgyptAir Cargo’s digital transformation, with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing service delivery across its international network.
The cloud-based nGen ICMS replaces legacy systems with a unified platform, automating booking, documentation, warehousing, and delivery functions. It also offers real-time visibility and seamless integration across the cargo value chain. The rollout was led by Neha Kumari, Vice President SaaS Products at Cargo Flash, who drew on nearly two decades of industry expertise to ensure a smooth implementation.
Jasraj S. Chug, Co-founder and Director at Cargo Flash, said the partnership reflects a shared vision for digital excellence in air cargo. Echoing this, Capt.
