20th November, Celcius Logistics announced the launch of its Hyper-Local temperature-controlled delivery services for food and pharma orders, as part of its last mile solution. The startup is India’s one of the fastest growing marketplace which is aiming to expand to 9 metro cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gwalior and Amritsar, with 200 riders, within 3 months of the launch.
The brand has joined hands with Zomato for their temperature-controlled deliveries for inter-city orders. Over the time, Celcius wants to expand its business with delivering fruits & vegetables, pharma products, vaccines, dairy, meat, etc -all for quantities within the range of 500gms to 5kgs.

Speaking about their efforts to strengthening the last mile delivery of cold supply chain, Mr. Swarup Bose, Founder and CEO, Celcius Logistics, said, “India currently incurs food losses worth about $14bn, due inefficiencies in cold supply chain, especially last mile deliveries.
