Rajneesh Garg joins ECU Worldwide as CIO, set to lead major tech transformations.
Rajneesh Garg has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of ECU Worldwide, a global leader in LCL consolidation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics. Garg’s new role will involve spearheading technology transformation initiatives, focusing on software applications management and support.
He will collaborate with the IT group shared services organisation, reporting directly to Kapil Mahajan, the Global CIO of Allcargo Group. Operating from the Mumbai headquarters, Garg will drive the implementation and adoption of technological advancements across ECU Worldwide.
Bringing over two decades of experience from sectors such as banking, insurance, travel, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail, Garg previously served as Vice President of Information Technology at Capgemini. He has also held senior leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services. Garg is a postgraduate in computer science from Moscow State University.
Mahajan expressed confidence in Garg’s appointment, citing his extensive and diverse experience as crucial for ECU Worldwide’s ambitious growth strategies.
