Jan Kleine-Lasthues joins ECU Worldwide as COO to drive global operations and lead digital transformation.
ECU Worldwide has appointed Jan Kleine-Lasthues as Chief Operating Officer. Jan will oversee global operations across regions, focusing on enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in logistics, Jan previously served as Global COO for Air Freight at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where he expanded their global air freight division and introduced new verticals like marine spares and cruise logistics. At ECU Worldwide, he aims to drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and lead the digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless integration of technology and innovation.
Welcoming him, Shashi Kiran Shetty, Founder and Chairman of Allcargo Group, praised Jan’s expertise and leadership, expressing confidence in his ability to strengthen ECU’s global standing. Jan will operate from Hamburg, Germany, reporting to Adarsh Hegde, Managing Director of ECU Worldwide.
