Allcargo Terminals has launched myCFS 2.0, a cutting-edge upgrade to its digital portal, streamlining two-thirds of CFS EXIM processes.
In a bid to enhance customer convenience through digital innovation, Allcargo Terminals has introduced myCFS 2.0. This advanced version of the myCFS digital portal and mobile application boasts 18 upgraded utility features. Operating on a faceless, contactless, and paperless model, the portal aims to facilitate cargo clearance processes from anywhere. With an impressive 67 percent digitization of customer interactions within CFS, myCFS 2.0 significantly accelerates the clearance procedures.
The myCFS platform, initially launched in April 2023, has now been bolstered with improved functionalities. Offering precise container nominations, real-time status updates, and online document uploads for customs scrutiny, the upgraded version ensures swifter clearance procedures for import and export cargo.
