Handles 10 million parcels monthly as an expanded network boosts speed, reach and scalability.

Allcargo Logistics has announced a focused expansion of its logistics network to support the rapidly growing e-commerce and quick-commerce segments, following approval of the company’s restructuring plan that consolidates its domestic supply chain, express distribution and consultative logistics businesses.
The company is strengthening its nationwide infrastructure with integrated capabilities across sorting, fulfilment, consolidation, cross-docking, value-added services and secondary transportation. Currently, Allcargo Logistics handles over 10 million parcels every month, with volumes rising by 25–30% during festive seasons, while also generating employment opportunities for the blue-collar workforce.
A multi-city network strategy enables coverage across 6–9 metro cities, along with Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, ensuring scalable and predictable service delivery. Technology-led solutions such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) enhance inventory visibility, improve coordination across facilities and support high execution standards. Advanced network planning and route optimisation further improve vehicle utilisation and infrastructure efficiency, critical for meeting the speed and reliability demands of e-commerce and quick-commerce players.
Commenting on the expansion, Ketan Kulkarni, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, said evolving consumption patterns require logistics to function as a reliable backbone. He noted that Allcargo’s focus remains on integrated networks, technology-led visibility and disciplined mid-mile execution, while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards across geographies.
The company’s diversified capabilities are reflected in long-standing partnerships across sectors. Allcargo handles approximately 95% of logistics operations for a Europe-founded multinational furniture and home furnishings brand across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai and Gujarat. In the quick-commerce segment, it supports an Indian supermarket and hypermarket retailer through customised B2C logistics, network design, route optimisation and capacity planning.
Strengthening its national footprint, Allcargo Logistics has expanded and recategorised its transshipment centres from 21 to 71 and recently launched the Allcargo Extended Reach (AER) network, enabling coverage across 100% of India’s available PIN codes. The company has increased its mapped PIN codes from 21,000 to over 32,000, reflecting granular service clusters, and doubled its direct serviceable PIN codes from 4,900 to more than 10,000, served through Allcargo Distribution Centres.
With structured network expansion, technology-driven execution and pan-India reach, Allcargo Logistics aims to accelerate growth and strengthen infrastructure readiness for India’s fast-evolving e-commerce and quick-commerce ecosystem.
