Allcargo Logistics demerges its international supply chain arm into Allcargo Global, restructuring operations for a stronger domestic focus.

In a major corporate restructuring that could reshape India’s logistics landscape, Allcargo Logistics, one of the country’s largest integrated logistics solution providers, has officially demerged its International Supply Chain (ISC) business, effective November 1, 2025. The move follows approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, through an order dated October 10, 2025.
Under the approved Composite Scheme of Arrangement, the ISC business has now been transferred to a newly listed entity named Allcargo Global. Meanwhile, the company’s domestic express distribution and consultative logistics operations will be consolidated under the existing Allcargo Logistics, unlocking operational synergies and sharper business focus.
The Board of Directors has approved November 12 as the Record Date for this transaction. From that date, shares of Allcargo Logistics will trade ex-international business, marking a key transition milestone.
As part of the restructuring:
✅ Shareholders of Allcargo Logistics will receive 1 share each in both Allcargo Logistics and the demerged Allcargo Global on a 1:1 basis.
✅ Shareholders of Allcargo Gati will receive 63 shares of Allcargo Logistics (post-demerger) for every 10 shares held in Allcargo Gati Limited.
The listing of Allcargo Global will proceed upon completion of further regulatory processes and approvals.
Company leadership asserts that this reorganisation will drive value creation, streamline business performance, and strengthen competitiveness across both domestic and international operations, especially as India’s logistics sector undergoes rapid technological transformation.
