Toyota Motor Europe (TME) has signed a long-term contract extension with supply chain software firm Agillence, Inc., continuing its use of the Agillence Lean Logistics Optimiser (ALLO) to streamline inbound parts logistics across its European network.

The renewal follows a successful pilot in which ALLO proved its capability to cut planning cycle times, sharpen network efficiency, and advance TME’s carbon neutrality targets, three priorities that sit at the heart of modern automotive supply chain strategy. Under the extended agreement, ALLO will continue powering TME’s strategic network planning and scenario analysis, helping the automaker build a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable inbound logistics operation across Europe.
The deal signals a broader shift in the automotive industry, where manufacturers face mounting pressure to decarbonise supply chains without sacrificing operational speed or precision. Software tools that can deliver both lower emissions and leaner logistics are fast becoming non-negotiable for large-scale OEMs.
For Agillence, the long-term partnership with one of the world’s leading automotive groups validates its technology and positions it as a key player in the growing market for intelligent supply chain optimisation.
