The expansion strengthens ElasticRun’s distributed fulfilment network to enable 2-hour, same-day and next-day deliveries across key consumption corridors

ElasticRun, India’s fastest growing fulfilment network, has added four large fulfilment centres across Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Kolkata, adding close to 2 lakh sq. ft. of capacity. The new facilities enable 2-hour, same-day, and next-day fulfilment across corridors including Pune, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Howrah, and Hosur.
The expansion couples 150-plus quick commerce-format dark stores across approximately 95 cities with large metro-scale fulfilment hubs, creating a distributed network built for speed, resilience, and scale. At the core is ElasticRun’s AI-enabled in-house technology platform, which orchestrates inventory placement, order flows, workforce productivity, and network capacity in real time.
Sandeep Deshmukh, Co-Founder and CEO, ElasticRun, said that speed has become central to how brands compete and grow, and that the expansion is a strategic step towards building a distributed speed network for India. ElasticRun currently supports leading e-commerce platforms along with 100-plus D2C and retail brands, operating 900-plus warehouses and managing 40 lakh-plus daily shipments across 500-plus cities.
