In a milestone moment for India’s aviation and logistics sector, Korean Air and Group Concorde celebrated 15 years of a strong strategic partnership, reaffirming their commitment to enhancing both passenger and cargo connectivity in the country.
The two organisations hosted a vibrant gala evening in Gurugram last night, bringing together travel trade partners, cargo stakeholders, and industry leaders. The occasion, rich in warmth and collaboration, highlighted the enduring journey between Korean Air and Group Concorde, the airline’s General Sales Agent (GSA) in India, and the shared vision driving future growth.
The event spotlighted Korean Air’s expanding passenger and cargo strategies from India, powered by Group Concorde’s solid distribution leadership, on-ground expertise, and deep engagement with the trade. Strengthening network reach and connectivity emerged as a key theme, underscoring their vision to support India’s rapidly growing aviation and cargo landscape.
Adding to the evening’s significance, Korean Air and Group Concorde presented Passenger and Cargo Excellence Awards to top-performing trade partners, celebrating their vital contribution to the airline’s growth story in India.
Speaking on the cargo outlook, Sang Geun Han, General Manager, Regional Cargo, Korean Air, highlighted the airline’s commitment to Indian exporters.
He said, “Korean Air Cargo has consistently supported Indian exporters with capacity, reliability, and specialized solutions. With Group Concorde’s on-ground cargo expertise and close engagement with the trade, we see strong growth opportunities across key commodities and look forward to deepening partnerships with our cargo stakeholders across the region.”
