Snowman Logistics begins operations at new temperature-controlled warehouses in Kolkata and Krishnapatnam.

Snowman Logistics has expanded its cold chain infrastructure with the launch of two newly constructed, temperature-controlled warehouses in Kolkata and Krishnapatnam. The Kolkata unit offers a storage capacity of 5,630 pallets, while the Krishnapatnam facility can hold up to 3,927 pallets. With this addition, the company’s total pallet capacity has risen to 1,50,754, distributed across 43 facilities in 20 Indian cities.
These state-of-the-art warehouses are integrated with automation and advanced technology aimed at improving efficiency. They are designed to support diverse industries, including seafood, dairy, pharmaceuticals, bakery, confectionery, quick service restaurants, ready-to-eat meals, and fresh produce.
The company also maintains a significant transportation network, operating 296 owned and over 325 leased refrigerated vehicles across the country. This development aligns with Snowman’s commitment to strengthening its position as a leader in cold chain logistics, amid rising demand for temperature-sensitive storage solutions.
