New partnership to spotlight project cargo at global trade fairs, starting with Southeast Asia in October 2025

Messe München, organiser of the transport logistic exhibition series, has partnered with Heavy Lift & Project Forwarding International (HLPFI) to launch a global platform focused on project cargo. The initiative will debut dedicated exhibition zones across key international transport logistic events, beginning in Singapore (October 29–31, 2025), followed by shows in Miami, Mumbai, Shanghai, Istanbul, and Nairobi.
Designed to elevate the profile of heavy lift, breakbulk, and project cargo, the platform will foster collaboration between logistics experts across road, air, maritime, and rail. With project logistics playing a growing role in global infrastructure and energy developments, the initiative aims to drive industry innovation and business development.
HLPFI will lead content curation and conference programming, while transport logistic will provide global reach and operational excellence. Southeast Asia is set as the first launch market due to its expanding role in industrial and logistics networks.
“This is a milestone for project cargo,” said DVV Media’s Andy Salter, while Messe München’s Dr. Robert Schönberger noted it as a global benchmark for project logistics excellence.
