ACAAI’s 48th Annual Convention to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from December 5-8, 2024.
The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) is excited to announce that its 48th Annual Convention will be held in the picturesque city of Baku, Azerbaijan, from December 5-8, 2024. Known for its stunning sights and excellent convention facilities, Baku promises an enriching experience for all attendees. The event and accommodation will take place at the Baku Marriott Hotel Boulevard.
Direct flights to Baku are available from Delhi and Mumbai on alternate days. Members from other cities will need to connect via Delhi, Mumbai, or the Middle East.
For those traveling from or via Delhi, a four-night stay at the hotel is arranged from December 5th to 9th, allowing a leisure day after the convention. For participants flying from or via Mumbai, the stay is from December 4th to 8th, with a leisure day before the convention begins. Attendees connecting through other airports will also enjoy a four-night stay based on their arrival and departure dates.
