Qatar Duty Free (QDF), the exclusive owner and operator of retail and catering outlets at Hamad International Airport, is ushering in the new year with the appointment of Stuart Barnard as Vice President of Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics.
QDF praised Barnard as a “highly-experienced logistics professional with first-class technical expertise,” citing his impressive 13 years of experience as a consultant and in-house within major organisations across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. His track record includes successfully building, training, and leading high-performance teams in various roles.
In his new role, reporting directly to QDF Senior Vice President Thabet Musleh, Barnard will spearhead the continuous development and enhancement of QDF’s Supply Chain and Warehouse function. His focus will center on talent development, process optimisation, and the implementation of advanced systems to fortify operational efficiency.
