Zaggle goes live with a closed-loop CNG fleet card at ATGL–Hyundai Drive, offering ₹15,000 annual benefits and digital control.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has taken a significant step toward advancing sustainable mobility by going live with its closed-loop CNG fleet card solution at the ATGL–Hyundai CNG Drive held in Ahmedabad.
The initiative was unveiled during a CNG awareness drive organised by Adani Total Gas (ATGL) in collaboration with Hyundai Motor India, aimed at promoting cleaner fuel adoption and responsible mobility choices. The event was flagged off by Suresh P. Manglani, Executive Director & CEO, ATGL, alongside Sunil Mulchandani, National Head – Sales, Hyundai Motor India.
As part of the drive, a fleet of 20 CNG vehicles traversed the city of Ahmedabad, reinforcing awareness around sustainable and efficient urban mobility.
During the event, Manglani formally presented the Zaggle CNG Benefit Card to Mulchandani and two new Hyundai car owners. The card offers CNG refuelling benefits of up to ₹15,000 over one year, enabling both individual consumers and fleet operators to achieve tangible cost savings while transitioning to eco-friendly fuel options. Integrated digital payments and real-time spend controls further support structured and cost-efficient mobility management.
The occasion also marked the successful go-live of Zaggle’s closed-loop CNG fleet card programme for ATGL, a technology-led platform designed to strengthen compliance, governance, and transaction efficiency across the CNG ecosystem.
Commenting on the development, Raj P. Narayanam, Founder & Executive Chairman of Zaggle, said the collaboration reflects the company’s evolution into a technology-driven ecosystem enabler. He noted that by integrating compliance architecture, real-time validation, and structured incentive management within a closed-loop framework, Zaggle is not only digitising fuel payments but also building a scalable platform aligned with India’s clean mobility transition.
The programme integrates real-time vehicle validation via the Parivahan database, OCR-based authentication of vehicle and CNG transaction details, and split-payment functionality for seamless incentive utilisation. It also features fleet-level virtual accounts for structured funding and real-time limit management, along with dedicated OEM and retrofitter dashboards to accelerate fleet onboarding and enhance ecosystem visibility.
Built on a full-stack SaaS and closed-loop payment infrastructure, the solution includes Super Admin and Fleet dashboards with real-time analytics, Tap & Pay prepaid cards, and Android mPOS deployment across ATGL outlets. Automated onboarding, instant transaction alerts, structured reporting, and controlled in-ecosystem incentive redemption are designed to drive repeat CNG usage and strengthen long-term programme adoption.
The ATGL partnership reinforces Zaggle’s expansion into high-frequency fuel transactions, highlighting its capability to deploy regulated, compliance-led SaaS payment infrastructure at scale while supporting India’s broader push toward cleaner and more sustainable mobility solutions.
