TVS ILP enters Indore market with plans for a new Grade-A logistics park.
TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has marked its entry into Indore by acquiring 20 acres of land in Pithampur Sector 7 from the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC). The company plans to invest ₹200 crore to develop a state-of-the-art logistics park, aimed at meeting the growing demand for high-quality warehousing solutions in the region.
Located 25 kilometers from Indore along National Highway 47, the facility benefits from strategic connectivity, enhancing its role in supply chain optimisation. The development is expected to generate over 1,000 jobs and boost the local economy.
Indore’s central position and status as a SMART city make it an ideal location for businesses in automotive, manufacturing, e-commerce, and FMCG sectors. The logistics park will feature modern, tech-driven warehouses adhering to international standards of sustainability and efficiency. CEO of TVS ILP, Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, emphasised the park’s potential to enhance Indore’s infrastructure and attract global and domestic clients.
