The combined edition of transport logistic India and air cargo India 2026 brought together more than 230 brands from 38 countries at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, marking a significant step forward for the country’s integrated freight and logistics sector.

The 2026 editions of transport logistic India and air cargo India concluded at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, drawing over 8,100 industry professionals across three days. The event marked the 11th edition of air cargo India, and the first time transport logistic India ran alongside it as a broader multimodal platform. Together, the shows featured more than 230 exhibiting brands from 38 countries, supported by a conference programme with over 120 speakers.
Maharashtra’s Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik highlighted the state’s infrastructure priorities, citing investments in Vadhavan Port, Mumbai’s proposed third airport, and key expressway corridors as drivers of logistics efficiency and cost reduction.
The conference tracks ran under two distinct themes. Transport logistic India focused on “Powering Vision 2030 with Logistics Performance Excellence,” with speakers from Tata Chemicals, Tata Projects and Reliance Industries. Air cargo India examined “Global Air Cargo: Booming but Bumpy,” addressing capacity constraints and sustained demand from pharmaceuticals and e-commerce.
A dedicated Future Tech Pavilion, powered by SmartKargo, showcased AI-led cargo management systems, automation tools, blockchain-based tracking and advanced analytics platforms. The AITWA Pavilion highlighted road freight developments, with AITWA National President Ashok Goyal announcing a committed investment of approximately Rs 75 crore over three years to develop driver welfare facilities across five zones.
Bhupinder Singh, President of IMEA at Messe Munchen and CEO of Messe Muenchen India, said: “What makes these shows effective is that they put the right decision-makers together. When people meet in person, conversations are sharper, and outcomes move more quickly.” The next edition is scheduled for 25 and 26 February 2027 in Mumbai.
