At its meeting held on August 22, 2022, the board of directors of Shreeji Translogistics Limited considered and approved investing in a proposed new subsidiary company, TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited, by subscribing to 51% paid-up equity share capital consisting of 5,100 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10/-each. It is intended to launch TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited to offer digital solutions to the transportation and logistics industries.
It is proposed that TKD Digitrans Tech Private Limited be incorporated in Bangalore, India. The proposed New Subsidiary Company will continue the business of offering digital solutions in the transportation and logistics sector on an electronic platform and creating online platforms and software applications that will assist buyers, sellers, and other parties in effectively connecting with one another across the world for the transportation of goods.
Shreeji Translogistics Ltd. shares were last traded at Rs. 294.70 on the BSE, down from the previous close of Rs. 291.10. During the day, over 129 trades totaling 11484 shares were made.
