The Namo Bharat RRTS station at Sarai Kale Khan is complete, offering seamless links across Delhi’s key transport modes.

The upcoming Sarai Kale Khan station has been built as the largest stop on the Delhi–Ghaziabad–Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor, now awaiting final approval before opening for public use.
Positioned as a major multimodal hub, the station will connect passengers to the Delhi Metro’s Pink Line, Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station, the Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT), city buses, and the Ring Road, ensuring smooth transfers across multiple modes of travel.
The facility has been designed with extensive commuter-friendly infrastructure, including a 280-metre foot-over-bridge equipped with travelators, dedicated drop-off zones, and a multi-bus interchange. The station itself spans around 215 metres in length, 50 metres in width, and 15 metres in height, featuring five entry and exit gates, 14 lifts, 18 escalators, and provisions for full accessibility.
Trial runs have already been completed successfully, with trains reaching speeds of 160 km/h on the corridor. The Sarai Kale Khan hub is expected to be inaugurated by July 2025, marking a key milestone in India’s high-speed mobility plans.
