This corridor-based approach marks a transformative shift for India’s logistics sector. By improving supply chain capabilities, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs, the PM Gati Shakti initiative aligns with the government’s broader vision of creating a developed India, or “Viksit Bharat,” as outlined in the 2024-25 Union Budget.
The initiative not only fulfills the government’s infrastructure commitments but also positions India as a global leader in logistics and infrastructure development. With a focus on sustainability and economic growth, PM Gati Shakti is set to propel the nation towards a new era of industrial excellence.
