Logicarts has been appointed as Cargo General Sales & Service Agent for Alliance Air,
covering sales, marketing, and operations.
Logicarts has successfully closed a strategic partnership with Alliance Air, taking on the role
of Cargo General Sales & Service Agent (GSSA). Under the mandate, Logicarts will be
responsible for promoting and marketing the airline’s cargo capacity, driving sales across
India, and managing end-to-end cargo operations.
The scope of work includes sales and reservations, documentation and compliance,
customer service, revenue collection, and operational support, along with representation in
trade forums. Logicarts will also provide market intelligence, performance dashboards, and
digital tools to strengthen Alliance Air’s cargo business across both domestic and
international routes.
With this appointment, Logicarts will ensure maximum utilisation of cargo capacity on
commercial, VGF, and RCS flights, while maintaining strict adherence to IATA, BCAS, and
regulatory requirements.
