KSH INFRA to build 60-acre industrial park in Sriperumbudur, creating 1,500+ jobs.

KSH INFRA has announced a ₹550 crore investment to develop its second industrial and logistics park in Tamil Nadu. Spread over 60 acres in the Sriperumbudur-Oragadam belt, the project offers 1.6 million sq. ft. of development potential and is set to generate over 1,500 jobs.
Strategically positioned with direct access to key roads and in proximity to the upcoming Chennai–Bangalore Expressway, the park is designed to meet the growing demands of the automotive, electronics, and engineering sectors. The corridor is already home to major players like Hyundai, Foxconn, and Apollo Tyres, with ongoing infrastructure upgrades further enhancing its appeal.
Construction is expected to begin by March–April 2026. Rohit Hegde, Managing Director of KSH INFRA, noted the company’s commitment to enabling ‘Make in India’ by expanding its footprint in high-growth regions. CEO Sundaresan Vaidyanathan added that KSH INFRA’s expansion into South India is a strategic move backed by in-house expertise and a vision for sustainable, future-ready infrastructure.
The development strengthens the region’s position as a key industrial hub along the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor.
