Kale Logistics marks 15 years with AvSys, a new platform enabling piece-level tracking and compliance for cross-border air e-commerce.

Kale Logistics Solutions has marked its 15th anniversary with a major technology announcement, launching AvSys, a next-generation cross-border e-commerce parcel visibility platform designed specifically for airlines and global cargo stakeholders.
The newly launched AvSys platform enables piece-level tracking of individual parcels, whether shipped as standalone packages or as part of consolidated air cargo consignments. This capability allows airlines, e-tailers, shippers, and consignees to track individual orders in real time while remaining fully compliant with cross-border customs and regulatory requirements.
Unlike traditional air cargo systems built around kilo-based air waybills, AvSys addresses the growing complexity of global e-commerce logistics by offering end-to-end operational visibility, with a strong focus on the middle mile, while also integrating first-mile and last-mile tracking. This closes a long-standing visibility gap in cross-border e-commerce movements.
Commenting on the launch, Amar More, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Kale Logistics Solutions, said the explosive growth of e-commerce has fundamentally changed logistics expectations. He noted that legacy airline cargo systems were never designed for the speed, scale, and transparency required in today’s parcel-driven trade, as they operate on weight-based models rather than piece-level control.
“With AvSys, airlines, ground handling companies, e-tailers, and shippers can now deliver true parcel-level visibility and operational control, both domestically and across borders, without compromising on regulatory compliance,” More said.
AvSys is also positioned as a strategic enabler for airlines seeking to expand e-commerce-ready services. The platform allows carriers to maximise direct, point-to-point operations, reducing dependence on expensive and complex hub-and-spoke networks, while improving service reliability and cost efficiency.
For all stakeholders across the logistics value chain, AvSys supports real-time data sharing, streamlined operations, and seamless compliance with international trade regulations, key requirements as cross-border e-commerce volumes continue to surge.
The launch follows Kale’s recent acquisition of AVLOG Systems, a specialist technology provider in express and e-commerce logistics, further strengthening Kale’s capabilities in the fast-growing parcel and express cargo segment.
Kale formally announced AvSys at Air Cargo India, where the company is celebrating its 15-year journey alongside representatives from more than 150 airports and seaports worldwide that currently use Kale’s digital logistics platforms.
To commemorate the milestone, Kale Logistics Solutions also unveiled a new corporate logo, symbolising how technology-driven platforms enable seamless collaboration, connectivity, and transparency across the global logistics ecosystem.
