In a strategic move to modernise automotive supply chains, JW Ventures has introduced India’s first multi-modal sustainable logistics solution exclusively for the auto-parts segment. The initiative is aimed at improving the movement of raw materials and finished goods across regions, integrating eco-friendly transport options to reduce emissions and enhance operational efficiency.
Amidst the momentum of the ‘Make in India’ campaign, this solution is expected to boost logistics capabilities by combining rail and road networks. The company recently completed a successful cargo movement for Mahindra & Mahindra from West to North India, in collaboration with the Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) for rail transport.
