In the first phase, Jeena & Company is deploying Salesforce Sales Cloud to improve sales visibility and foster integrated engagement across its logistics network. The system will provide real-time insights throughout the deal cycle, enabling faster closures, higher conversion rates, and recurring revenue opportunities.
Salesforce Customer 360 will further allow the company to unify customer data, enabling personalised outreach and deeper engagement.
