FFFAI’s 25th Convention in Goa concluded with strategic resolutions and a unified vision for a developed India by 2047.

The 25th Biennial Convention of the Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India (FFFAI) concluded in Goa with a resolute vision to contribute towards ‘Viksit Bharat@2047’. Held from May 29–31 at Taj Cidade De Goa, the convention witnessed participation from over 700 delegates including global experts, government officials, and logistics leaders.
With six business and three motivational sessions, the event focused on strategic partnerships, digital transformation, resilient infrastructure, and the pivotal role of logistics in national growth. The convention’s inauguration saw addresses from key figures including Goa’s Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte and CBIC Chairman Sanjay Kumar Agarwal, who emphasised technology-driven reforms and trade facilitation.

Highlight sessions explored India’s rising role in global logistics, reducing logistics costs, leveraging AI, and improving multimodal connectivity. The Goa government also highlighted its logistics policy supporting infrastructure and skill development. A special tribute was paid to former customs officer Costa Fernandes for his exemplary service. The event ended with a renewed focus on collaboration and innovation to shape India’s logistics future.
