Sunil Nair joins FSN as Managing Director to scale its food logistics network and international operations.

Sunil Nair, former CEO and Whole-Time Director of Snowman Logistics, has taken on a new leadership role as Managing Director at Food Service Network (FSN). Backed by over 30 years of industry experience, Nair will co-lead FSN’s strategic direction, focusing on scaling its aggregated sourcing model, category-led operations, and global expansion.
At Snowman, Nair was known for transforming the company into a 5PL leader, expanding into sectors like QSR, pharma, and modern retail. His tenure saw major partnerships with IKEA and Tim Hortons, and a revenue jump from ₹192 crore in FY18 to ₹503 crore in FY24.
FSN provides AI-powered supply chain solutions to major brands including Burger King, KFC, McDonald’s, Amazon Fresh, and Taco Bell, serving over 5,000 outlets across 280 cities in India. It recently entered the Indonesian market, becoming India’s first food logistics player with international reach.
Nair aims to triple FSN’s growth in the next four years, positioning it as Asia’s most integrated food logistics platform for sourcing, warehousing, and multimodal distribution.
