Collaboration links 83,000 merchant outlets and 30,000 BC points to boost rural logistics and payments

DTDC Express has partnered with fintech firm Radiant Acemoney to expand its reach across rural and semi-urban India. The alliance leverages Acemoney’s 83,000 merchants and 30,000 Business Correspondent (BC) counters to bring logistics and financial services closer to millions of customers and small businesses.
Under the partnership, selected Acemoney outlets will serve as DTDC pickup and drop-off points, while DTDC centres will function as Acemoney BC service points. This integration facilitates cash-on-delivery, digital payments, utility bill settlements, ticketing, and other financial services in regions with limited banking access.
The six-month MoU’s Phase 1 rollout covers Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal. Both companies are finalising SOPs and commercials, aiming to bridge gaps in last-mile logistics and financial inclusion, enabling small businesses and D2C sellers to reach underserved markets efficiently.
