From all-women branches near Mumbai to women-led dark store operations in Indore, DTDC is expanding opportunities for women across roles traditionally seen as inaccessible within logistics.

DTDC, the Indian multinational logistics company, has released a high-energy brand film titled ‘We Got This’, challenging the long-standing perception of logistics as a male-dominated industry and spotlighting the growing role of women across its nationwide operations.
Released on the occasion of International Women’s Day, the film features real DTDC employees and leadership from across the organisation, moving through high-intensity sorting hubs, large-scale logistics facilities and boardroom discussions to present an authentic picture of women driving speed, precision and performance across the company’s network.
The campaign reflects a broader shift in India’s logistics landscape, where women are increasingly leading teams, managing hubs, overseeing operations and contributing to strategic decisions. DTDC has been actively expanding opportunities for women across roles traditionally seen as inaccessible within the sector, including all-women branches near Mumbai and women-led dark store operations in Indore.
Ankita Tiwari, Chief Human Resources Officer at DTDC, said the initiative acknowledges a transformation the company witnesses every day, noting that a new generation is redefining logistics with sharper decision-making, deeper collaboration and inclusiveness. As DTDC marks 35 years of operations, ‘We Got This’ signals an organisation grounded in operational legacy yet actively evolving the workforce it aims to build. The film will be shared across digital platforms as part of DTDC’s Women’s Day outreach.
