ideaForge, a leading Indian drone manufacturer, announces its foray into the large-scale logistics sector with the development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) capable of carrying payloads up to 100 kg over distances of 100 km.
Co-founder & CEO Ankit Mehta highlights the potential of these UAVs to revolutionise urban air mobility solutions. The company recently established a subsidiary in the US to showcase its products to potential customers.
Mehta emphasises ideaForge’s commitment to sourcing critical subsystems from regions unaffected by geopolitical concerns, notably avoiding reliance on Chinese components. Leveraging their vertical integration in technology, the company secures the ability to ship products globally, capitalising on North America’s restrictions on certain OEMs and components.
