Coca-Cola and partners ramp up logistics with 5,000+ EVs, enhancing delivery, jobs, and driver safety nationwide.

Coca-Cola, alongside its bottling partners, is significantly expanding its logistics footprint in India with one of the country’s largest truck fleets, including over 5,000 electric vehicles. This initiative enhances delivery efficiency while generating employment and supporting social welfare.
Superior Drinks added nearly 200 advanced trucks and EVs this year, improving plant-to-shelf distribution. SLMG Beverages expanded its electric fleet by over 3,000 vehicles in the past three years to strengthen last-mile delivery, while Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages deployed around 500 EVs across 10 states, improving regional reach and operational efficiency.
The company also prioritises driver welfare through regular road safety training, wellness programs, and medical check-ups, alongside strict vehicle maintenance protocols. Coca-Cola emphasises that its logistics network fuels economic opportunities across urban and rural markets, benefiting thousands of truck drivers and local micro-economies.
Executives highlighted that fleet expansion is aligned with tech-enabled, agile supply chain solutions, enabling faster deliveries while fostering community development and sustainable growth across India.
