CEVA Logistics forms a joint venture with Almajdouie Logistics to enhance services in Saudi Arabia.
CEVA Logistics has partnered with Almajdouie Logistics, a prominent Saudi logistics firm, to create a joint venture, pending regulatory approval. CEVA will hold the majority stake in this new entity.
This joint venture is a significant milestone in the growth strategies of both companies. Almajdouie will benefit from CEVA’s global network, providing integrated logistics solutions for its expanding customer base. Concurrently, CEVA Logistics will strengthen its foothold in Saudi Arabia, supporting its regional expansion goals. The venture will employ around 2,000 people and operate over 2,000 local assets.
Targeting sectors like energy, petrochemicals, automotive, e-commerce, and retail, the joint venture combines regional expertise with global solutions. This collaboration will enable local customers to expand their reach and help global clients better serve the Saudi market.
