Strategic warehouse development to boost connectivity, operational efficiency, and sustainable logistics in NCR region.
CCI Group has announced an investment of ₹227 crore in a new Grade-A logistics park at Sohna-Silani, Gurugram, spanning 9.5 lakh sq. ft. Designed for seamless access to Delhi NCR, Western UP, and Rajasthan, the facility will cater to industries such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, and manufacturing.
Located near key expressways like the Mumbai-Delhi Expressway and KMP Expressway, the site ensures faster turnaround, lower operational costs, and enhanced last-mile delivery. The warehouse will feature a 12-meter clear height, FM2-grade flooring, cross-dock loading points, and wide internal RCC roads, with modular layouts adaptable to tenant needs.
Sustainability is central to the design, with solar-ready structures, passive ventilation, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient systems, and a sewage treatment plant for zero-water waste operations. The project is expected to generate over 550 jobs during construction and operational phases.
