Details of New Appointees
1. Saurabh Pathak – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With over 30 years of experience in global airlines, express logistics, and cargo technology, Saurabh Pathak steps into the role of COO. His career spans leadership stints at United Airlines, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, and Air China, where he played a pivotal role in Pan-India cargo operations and regulatory initiatives. Prior to joining Cargo Flash in 2015, he led operations and quality systems at RED Express.
At Cargo Flash, he has driven product delivery and platform services, and as COO, he will now spearhead AI-led digital transformation, global expansion, and operational excellence.
2. Neha Kumari – Vice President, SaaS Products
Neha Kumari brings 18 years of expertise in cargo software, aviation, and logistics. Starting her career with Turkish Airlines, she later managed key airline accounts at Group Concorde, representing major carriers such as Air China, China Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, and FedEx. Transitioning to the technology sector in 2017, she has delivered strong growth through Pre-Sales and Corporate Sales initiatives.
An MBA in Finance and Marketing, Neha is recognised for blending strategic vision with operational execution, and in her new role, she will lead the roadmap for next-generation SaaS products that shape the future of digital cargo solutions.
3. Poonam Faridi – Vice President, Platform Services
With nearly 20 years of experience across passenger aviation, air cargo, and technology, Poonam Faridi brings a rare mix of operational and strategic insight. She began her career at American Express (2006), later moving into aviation with Affordable Holidays and Group Concorde, and went on to lead passenger sales for China Airlines in India. Since joining Cargo Flash in 2020, she has been instrumental in strengthening Octoloop’s platform services, optimising GDS-based processes, and enhancing customer experience.
In her new role, she will continue shaping Octoloop’s vision and driving market adoption, making her a cornerstone in Cargo Flash’s evolution.
