In a move set to redefine ease of access in logistics, Blue Dart Express has launched its Digital Account Opening (DAO) Journey, a new self-onboarding platform that allows businesses to open accounts and start shipping in just 10 minutes.
The seamless five-step process; profile creation, plan selection, KYC verification, Aadhaar-enabled agreement signing, and prepaid card recharge, enables users to register anytime, anywhere. Once the steps are completed, customers can begin shipping instantly using their Digital Prepaid Card (DPC), with every transaction tracked and supported in real time by Blue Dart’s intelligent system.
As part of the experience, customers receive early access to Blue Dart’s customer dashboard, offering complete control over shipping tools and services. Post onboarding, they can select from three predefined shipping plans or customise one to match their specific business requirements.
