India’s delivery landscape is incredibly diverse, ranging from small personal items to bulk B2B shipments. The top five categories of items sent include:
- Food (35%): Lunch boxes, cakes, and sweets dominate, reflecting India’s love for homemade meals and festive gifting.
- Clothing (17%): Popular items include T-shirts, dresses, and traditional attire like sarees and lehengas, particularly during festive and wedding seasons.
- Electronics (13%): Chargers, laptops, and phones are among the most delivered items, driven by increasing digital adoption.
- Medicine (11%): Urgent health-related deliveries such as blood samples and essential supplies emphasize the importance of reliable services.
- Documents (9%): A staple in India’s logistics landscape.
Unique items, from Krishna statues and puja supplies to Holi colors and wedding cards, underline the cultural richness of deliveries in India.
