Bringing nearly two decades of experience in logistics transformation, Amit arrives with a formidable track record. From leading business turnarounds at Xpressbees to driving network redesign and digital transformation at Rivigo and Safexpress, he has consistently delivered results where it matters most on the ground, at scale, and under pressure.
In his new role, Amit will spearhead network expansion, sharpen operational efficiency, optimise costs, and elevate service reliability across the express business, all while keeping the customer experience firmly at the centre.
