ATC FZE, GMF and AIR ONE Technics sign an MoU in Dubai to strengthen Boeing 747 freighter maintenance in 2026–27.

Aerotranscargo FZE (ATC FZE), PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF), and AIR ONE Technics DWC-LLC (AOT) have entered into a strategic tripartite partnership to enhance maintenance support for Boeing 747 freighter operations, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Dubai.
The MoU sets out a structured framework for cooperation during 2026 and 2027, bringing together GMF’s global maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities, ATC FZE’s worldwide widebody freighter operations, and AIR ONE Technics’ technical expertise based at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, Dubai South.
Under the agreement, the three companies will collaborate to ensure continued airworthiness, operational reliability, and technical optimisation of ATC FZE’s Boeing 747 freighter fleet, while strengthening cross-regional technical cooperation spanning Indonesia, the Middle East, and Europe.
The MoU was formally signed by Guneet Mirchandani, Chairman of Aerotranscargo FZE; Andi Fahrurrozi, Chief Executive Officer of GMF; and Ayrat Gilmutdinov, Chief Executive Officer of AIR ONE Technics.
