Three firms, including Adani Ports, propose to develop a 174-acre logistics park in Greater Noida’s Kappa-2 region.

Three companies, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics, have submitted proposals to develop a ₹1,200 crore multimodal logistics park over 174 acres in Greater Noida’s Kappa-2. Launched by GNIDA on May 23, the project aims to streamline freight movement, generate over 5,000 jobs, and bolster regional industrial growth.
Located next to CONCOR’s dry port, the proposed facility will include container terminals, cold storage, cargo yards, and mechanised bulk handling systems. Its strategic proximity to the upcoming Noida International Airport and connections to the Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors make it a vital node for seamless air, rail, and road transport.
The park aligns with Uttar Pradesh’s Multi-Modal Logistics Park Policy 2024 and offers investor incentives. Developers must commit to a minimum investment of ₹1,200 crore, excluding land cost, and show a decade of experience in depot or rail terminal operations.
UP Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh reviewed the project during a high-level meeting on July 11. A committee led by Singh will now evaluate proposals. Meanwhile, an 825-acre logistics hub in Dadri, part of DMIC, is slated to begin construction in April 2026.
