The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) successfully organised its Regional Meet in New Delhi on 5 March 2026 at Four Points by Sheraton, bringing together over 150 key leaders and stakeholders from across India’s air cargo and logistics community.

The meeting convened members of the Managing Committee, along with Regional Chairpersons and the Board of Advisors, to deliberate on matters concerning the growth and development of India’s air cargo sector. The session was presided over by Mr. Samir J. Shah, President, ACAAI, alongside the association’s office bearers including Mr. Vikram Kumar, Vice President; Ms. Chaitaly Mehta, Hon. Secretary General; and Mr. Dinesh K. Krishnan, Hon. Treasurer.
The interactive session encouraged active participation from all attendees, including representatives from airlines, cargo agents, freight forwarders, and cargo GSSAs, who shared their perspectives on key industry issues and opportunities. Each agenda point was discussed extensively, leading to constructive deliberations and collective decisions aimed at strengthening the interests of ACAAI members and the broader air cargo ecosystem.
The event was supported by Global Logistics Alliance (GLA) as the Event Sponsor, with Ms. Grace Sun, President of GLA, attending the gathering as the Guest of Honour. Softlink Global joined the event as the Cocktail Partner, contributing to an engaging networking evening among industry professionals.
The meeting concluded with members expressing appreciation for the open dialogue and collaborative spirit that characterised the discussions, reaffirming ACAAI’s continued commitment to supporting the growth and development of India’s air cargo industry.
