A.P. Moller Capital partners with JSW Infrastructure to develop India’s ports and logistics.
Denmark-based infrastructure fund manager A.P. Moller Capital, a part of the A.P. Moller Group, has announced a strategic joint venture with Mumbai-listed JSW Infrastructure, India’s second-largest private port operator. The collaboration aims to invest in and enhance the country’s ports and logistics ecosystem.
The two companies formalised their partnership by signing a memorandum of understanding, demonstrating their commitment to this significant venture, as stated by A.P. Moller Capital. This joint effort is a strategic expansion of their transport and logistics portfolio within India.
In February, A.P. Moller Capital announced the opening of a new office in Singapore to boost its investment activities in South and Southeast Asia. The firm plans to allocate over $750 million towards infrastructure projects in the region, highlighting its commitment to high-growth markets.

The new Singapore office signifies A.P. Moller Capital’s commitment to building a successful long-term investment presence in the Asia region. Partner Dhruv Narain, who joined A.P. Moller Capital in August 2022, will lead the Asia strategy.
Narain highlighted the firm’s strategic growth, stating, “This is the next exciting step in the growth of A P Moller Capital and our investment business in Asia, where we see significant opportunities to fulfil our purpose of executing on investments that benefit our investors while positively impacting the community.”
