Qatar Airways Cargo has partnered with CargoFlash to roll out Octoloop, a cutting-edge digital cargo booking platform, in India. Initially launching in Delhi and Mumbai, this collaboration is set to enhance the efficiency of cargo logistics by providing freight forwarders with real-time access to Qatar Airways Cargo’s extensive air freight network.
Octoloop offers a range of innovative features, including dynamic pricing, instant capacity bookings, and direct connections with small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This digital platform is designed to simplify cargo management, offering cost-effective and scalable solutions.
Faisal Karamat, Vice President of Cargo Customer Experience at Qatar Airways Cargo, emphasised the strategic benefits, noting that Octoloop aligns with the airline’s goal to expand its market reach and improve customer service in India. Jasraj Chug, Co-Founder and Director of Cargo Flash, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting its potential to transform the logistics ecosystem in India. The official launch of Octoloop in India is scheduled for August 15, 2024.
