Renowned for her ability to foster strong relationships, improve people skills, and cultivate a positive work environment, Ankita is expected to make significant contributions to DTDC’s HR practices.
Before joining DTDC, Ankita held senior HR leadership positions at renowned companies such as Larsen & Toubro, A.P. Moller-Maersk, Pidilite, BASF, and ST Ericsson. In these roles, she significantly advanced HR practices by promoting automation, digitization, agility, and strategic business alignment. Ankita’s wealth of experience is set to bring a transformative impact on DTDC’s human resources operations.
