Garuda Aerospace plans to escalate its global presence by exporting 10,000 drones to approximately 50 countries by 2025.
Garuda Aerospace, renowned for its drone manufacturing and drone-as-a-service (DaaS) provisions across sectors like agriculture, surveillance, mapping, logistics, and defense, emphasises its dominance in the agricultural drone segment, holding a substantial market share in India. The company’s growth trajectory is evident, with operating revenue soaring from ₹15.31 crore in FY22 to ₹110 crore in FY24, alongside sustained profitability over the last three years.

Garuda Aerospace boasts a diverse portfolio of over 30 drone variants and more than 50 services, including precision agriculture spraying, industry 4.0 upgrades, structural inspections, warehouse management, delivery services, and disaster response. The company, which commenced operations in 2015, has expanded rapidly, currently employing a team of 200 members operating a fleet of over 400 drones and 500 pilots across 84 cities.
Recently securing its first order from ISRO for Quadcopter drones, Garuda Aerospace’s commitment to technological innovation and societal service is underscored by its involvement in disaster relief efforts and partnerships with leading organisations like ISRO and Hindustan Aeronautics.
With a focus on the burgeoning agricultural drone sector in India, Garuda Aerospace’s ‘kisan drones’ leverage AI and ML to enhance precision spraying, resulting in significant savings on pesticides and water, alongside increased crop yields.
