Delhivery’s Rapid Commerce debuts in Bengaluru, ensuring brands deliver orders in under two hours.
Delhivery has introduced Rapid Commerce, a sub 2-hour delivery service, aimed at meeting the growing demand for quicker order fulfillment. Initially launched in Bengaluru, the service is already processing over 300 orders daily, catering to D2C brands, retailers, and e-commerce platforms seeking to enhance customer experience with faster deliveries.
Ajith Pai, Chief Operating Officer at Delhivery, highlighted the value of Rapid Commerce, stating that the service enables leading brands to build a superior customer experience and foster loyalty by leveraging a network of shared in-city Rapid Stores. These stores provide consumers with efficient access to an extensive range of products across categories like beauty, fashion, electronics, and more.
Delhivery plans to expand this service to metro cities such as Hyderabad, Chennai, NCR, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad in the coming months. Rapid Commerce transforms traditional e-commerce delivery timelines, ensuring brands can reach customers within hours of order placement.
